There is absolutely no difference in whether I know someone or not. Besides, remember, I’m not the one who is giving the information, I am simply conveying it. I can read someone I’ve know intimately for twenty years as thoroughly as someone I have never met. I always recommend to a first-time client not tell me anything about themselves, but this is for their benefit, not mine. It’s a lot easier for them to trust the authenticity of the information if they know I have no way of knowing it.
Once a client has come to me they know how it all works and that me knowing anything about them doesn’t affect the value of the information they receive. Then we can get down to work together and have a grand time!
